About Danielle

Hi, I’m Danielle, a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner with a background in exercise science.

I’ve always loved health and wellness and have spent years learning, researching, and exploring different approaches. That perspective really shifted when I started dealing with digestive issues, constant bloating, and losing my cycle after coming off birth control. I was told everything looked “normal,” but I didn’t feel normal.

That led me to working with a functional practitioner myself. Through functional lab testing and a whole-body approach, I was able to get my cycle back, heal my digestion, and eat the foods I enjoy again without constantly feeling bloated. It showed me how much our daily habits and choices impact how we feel, both now and long term.

This experience completely changed the way I look at health and how everything is connected, from digestion and hormones to stress and lifestyle.

Now, I help others do the same.
